What is the difference between domain and web hosting?
The domain is the name that identifies a website, for example “intergraphiczone.ca”. A web hosting is the disk space on a server, where information can be stored.

Our servers are located in the United States and Canada.
A webmail is an email client, which provides a web interface through which to access email.
In other words: it is a service offered with web hosting, through which users can check e-mails from a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc).
Our hosting options are limitless for creating email accounts, so in theory you could have as many accounts as you like.
However, this should be assessed taking into account the size of your hosting plan. If the amount of space occupied by all mailboxes exceeds the capacity of hosting, incoming mail will be rejected by the server.
Using a local email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird, each user can constantly download your emails and keep clean mailboxes on the server.
Email clients are programs to handle messages received and the creation of new ones. Unlike WebMail, these management programs work on the user's computer and not directly on the servers. From time to time, through an Internet connection, the email client communicates with the mail server to receive and send new messages.
Examples of email clients are Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook Express, Apple Mail and Eudora.
The basic parameters recommended for the web hosting plans that intergraphicZONE provides are: Incoming server (POP) and Outgoing Server (SMTP) = mail.domain (where domain corresponds to your web domain, for example intergraphiczone.ca) User Name = user@domain (where name is the name of the user), Password = password (where password is the value assigned in cPanel or in WebMail). It is recommended to check the option to have the program remember the password.
intergraphicZONE offers training oriented to the maximization of email and web hosting resources. If you want to coordinate training in these areas, contact us to get together and discuss aspects of time, availability and costs.
The minimum period for keeping a domain name is one year, and also you can make multiple payments in advance, your domains will be set apart by the years you have paid. Close to the expiration date of your domain, our staff will be contacting you to inquire about the corresponding renewal.
